Shipping policy

All products sold by vnewnetworks are digital software licenses delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, packaging, or postal delays.

Delivery Process

Upon successful payment, your license key and activation instructions will be delivered via:

  • Email to the address provided at checkout, and/or
  • Your order confirmation page immediately after purchase

Delivery is typically instant to within 24 hours of order confirmation.

No Physical Shipment

As a digital-only store, the following do not apply to our products:

  • Physical shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc.)
  • Tracking numbers or shipment notifications
  • Customs duties or import taxes

Microsoft Licensing Compliance

All licenses are delivered in compliance with Microsoft's software distribution and licensing terms. License keys are genuine and activate directly through Microsoft's official activation servers (online or by phone). We do not deliver software via physical media (USB/DVD) as this falls outside our authorized distribution model.

Geographic Availability

We serve customers globally. However, certain Microsoft products may be restricted in specific regions due to Microsoft's geographic licensing policies. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to regional restrictions, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours of purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder
  2. Contact us at support@vnewnetworks.com with your order number

We will resolve all delivery issues promptly.
